Mama Zebra and her Baby
Grown don't mean nothing to a mother.
A child is a child. They get bigger, older, but grown?
What's that suppose to mean?
In my heart it don't mean a thing.
~Toni Morrison, Beloved, 1987
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies..." Jn 11:25
“God’s will was not hidden somewhere ‘out there’ . . . the situations [in which I found myself] were his will for me. What he wanted was for me to accept these situations as from his hands, to let go of the reins and place myself entirely at his disposal.”
Jesuit Walter Ciszek’s (1904–1983)

Amen to that! Happy Mother's Day to you, too, dear Karen, with much love.
I love it, animal pictures make me happy. Happy Mothers Day to my dear friend. xoxo Sharon
Wanted to say Happy Mothers Day to Karen Gerstenberger to. It is a hard day to get through however. Our son and family will be coming here as Nick is recovering from knee surgery. Love Sharon
I talked about you today--and your new farmhouse...and how much I admire the way you make a home for family and friends. I talked about you today cause you make a difference in my life.
I celebrated my birthday and Mother's Day on the 6th and it's a blessing to do so with family. I don't look at my kids as grown either---they will forever be my babies.
